Tiger Snake and Greater Mullien
Kind of a study and kind of a record of a snake I saw on a nature walk earlier this year.
I'd like to start making more art inspired by the wildlife I see in real life. I'm particularly interested in combining Australian native animals with introduced plants.
Greater Mullien in invasive in Australia and native to Europe, North Asia and Africa. In folklore it was believed to protect you from curses and spells, and also to be used in illumination spells, probably because it was dipped in tallow and used as a torch by the Romans. It has also historically been used to treat lung disease and as a substitute for people trying to quit tobacco.

Did you/do you have the Webkinz Tiger Snake?
I had/have the plush and online pet
I had/have the plush but never had/entered the code
I only had/have this pet online
I never had this Webkinz
The Tiger Snake's Pet Specific Item and Food were the Serpentine Stream & Eel Enchilada!
New webkinz! I got these babies awhile ago but haven't had the time to post em lol
the guinea pig is just adorable, and while I always thought the Rockerz line looked pretty silly the bulldog is actually really cute! I'm very excited about the tiger snake; I used to have one as a kid but it unfortunately got lost over the years, I'm always really excited to get childhood webkinz back
however, when I got Bromeliad (as she's now named) I noticed she was missing a lot of stuffing right below her neck area. I just picked open a spot, re-stuffed her, and now she's good as new!
after she was all patched up I found a second surprise, Bromeliad was blind! .....I really don't know how I hadn't noticed she didn't have any eyes until Right This Moment lol
after feeling around I think the eyes might still be inside the head, so she may be due for another "surgery" when I have time...but for now she's as happy as can be :)
I love tiger snakes. Tiger snakes love harsh lighting conditions. This one took a lot of work to get an acceptable shot.
