Interesting how one of the first lines in Wicked Part 1 is about the Time Dragon Clock, but we have yet to see it on screen. Very interesting indeed.

Is your header from the Oriental Theater in Chicago? I'm not sure if the Wicked people take that dragon with them everywhere. Or do they? Anyways, hello!

I’m not actually sure which theatre it’s from, but it is something that all (or at least most) productions have. There’s this whole bit at the beginning where the dragon is moving around. It’s the Time Dragon Clock, it’s explained more in the book by Gregory Maguire, though its purpose is much darker in the book.
