On a both level, definitely Alfor. Watch everyone you love but your brother die, your brother loose his mind in madness and curse basically everyone, get turned into a wooden mask for 400 years, when someone finally wears the mask they take your power and break out into a homocidal rage instead of doing what needed to be done, watching the love of your life get reincarnated and killed over and over for about 10,000 years. Actually you know what, he’s probably been the most fucked because of his technical immortality status (think like the Norse gods. Supposedly they lived for 55-70,000 years.)
Mentally? Virgil. What was supposed to be a quick 6 month trip turned into 6 years for him, and a year for his husband and adopted son. All he could think about was I Can’t Go Home, They Will Die.
Physically? Aaron. He should definitely be more fucked in the head but I feel like if you’re born with zombie tendencies you begin to get desensitized at a pretty young age. The knowledge that someone stole his blood and started the actual apocalypse even though he’s not entirely sure what he is probably fucks with him, but knowing that he gets to travel the world and not People-People makes it a little better on an anti-social level.
