Hi all,
You are probably all as super excited about this as I am...not.
But guess what: there are just some things in life that need to get done. :)
What do I have to tell you?
- Read the manual: (link)
- Seriously, read the manual. Also attached in case you missed the link.
- If you aren't sure about your login data because your parents could afford more than just one name, talk to XY or myself and we'll help you with the user name ;)
- We still need to put in your days off taken this year already - please be a little patient here, it should be done by Friday latest
- Don't take candy from strangers (nothing time-management related, just a general advice)
- Some of the new reporting lines aren't implemented just yet, we'll work on that as we go - please tell your department head to talk to us about it if things that should be changed don't change within the next couple of days
- If you were part of the testing group: your password was already changed by yourself
- If you were part of the testing group and actually showed up for the feedback session with something to say: THANK YOU! :) That was a massive help for me!
- If you have questions on how to put the information in the system as to "but I worked for everybody" - please talk to your department heads. They should be able to help you.
- If you feel like complaining about having to do it at all - do it quietly. In the evening. At home.
- If you feel like complaining about the system itself - please go to somebody else, I've worked too much on this to stay objective when handling your complaint.
- In case of serious questions on how to use the tool (and the manual doesn't answer your questions even after reading it at least twice), please feel free to get in touch with XY, ZA or myself.
This will be a little bumpy start with the tool, to be honest with you, as we wanted to roll this out as soon as possible - at the end of the day almost anything is better than the excel sheets. So please bear with us here! :)
Please put your time sheet information in the system, starting with August, 1st!
