Modifies techniques to be made for underwater use, replacing the typical penalties with bonuses instead.

Aquatic Techniques perform especially well underwater, ignoring any penalties that would normally be applied, and benefiting from a +3 to any Attack Rolls or rolls regarding Saving Throws.
Additionally, effects and elements that would normally be extinguished or distorted, such as fire, gain an immunity to the effects of water in general.

Makes the Technique being modified immune to all sorts of interference and influences.
