If you mean jaytim, I’d personally say no, it isn’t, for a few different reasons
For one, Tim gets adopted at 16 and its a very... Loose adoption. Bruce immediately dies after and the whole thing comes across more as ‘in name only’, and while I did appreciate the wholesome Bruce and Tim bonding for the little time dc let it go on, to me, the impression I got was that Bruce is a father figure to Tim, but not really his dad, you know?
Tim had a dad. Yes, Jack Drake was an asshole and I can go on about how he was clearly abusive, but Tim did have a dad. Bruce was more or less his mentor for a few years before taking him in after Jack died. If he’d taken him in as a kid like he did with Jason and Dick, I might see it differently, but I don’t
That was my personal interpretation. If you or anyone else wants to interpret it differently, all the more power to you, I support you
That said, no, I don’t see jaytim as incest. They didn’t grow up in the same house and I don’t really see it as them having the same parent(s) either
