So here’s another post to help you guys out and if you have been wondering my tinnitus is fine. I have moments where it’ll get louder than usual but then go back down in that same moment. I’ve been doing well with it and tbh sometimes I forget I even have it lol. But this is for people with tinnitus that seem to be battling with it so I’m gonna list some things that can help.
DHA PILLS! oh my god you guys my doctor gave me dha pills for my tinnitus and it saved my life tbh. Now these can be hard to find but it depends. I would suggest to just order them online if you don’t wanna go through the hassle. Now the only thing is that these pills can be so expensive which sucks so yeah you wanna have some dough while ordering this. I took one before breakfast in the morning and one before dinner for a month straight. This made my tinnitus almost not even exist anymore lol
Oh and also chamomile. I would drink chamomile in the morning and sometimes in the middle of the day and also at night. I’d suggest just in the morning and before bed though. It really helps chill out your tinnitus so yeah. Luckily chamomile isn’t expensive.
I also took adaptogen pills. They are disgusting but they helped and it also helps with stress, something every young person having these days, (me included at times) so yeah. These could be pricey depending on where bought.

This is a serum that will help a lot. I’d suggest taking to drops in the morning and two before dinner or bed. This will help with the brain and your neves because tinnitus is mainly your nerves having no chill anyway.
