If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be sitting on a couch in the house belonging to the man I love, drinking a smoothie he made me for breakfast, wearing my pajamas, self-isolating due to a pandemic, and preparing for yet another day of teaching from home through my computer...

Life is so weird, people.  I think it’s important to just sit back and marvel at it sometimes.

I woke up and the sickness has taken my voice and motivation to do more than veg on my bed so I cancelled my lunch date with girl #2, which is sad

but also I'm really relieved that I don't have to put pants on today so there's that
