The Huntress went quiet at that. She knew being too full of yourself could lead to dire consequences, but she was also aware that there wasn’t any way they could die. Not without the Entity granting it. She once hated that thought, but has grown neutral to the idea. “We were girls once. You were strong then too.” The Huntress didn’t actually know, but she couldn’t conceive that people didn’t need to actively hunt anymore. She had an idea by how different killers reacted to the thought, but she often wondered how they ate.

Then there were their clothes. Anna had an interest in new things, but the clothes some victims came in were massively different from the wartime era. The Huntress grunted, “Will not talk more about it.” Signaling the end of the back and forth. She couldn’t help the small wince that left her. Usually, the adrenaline and doing something else kept her from the pain, but sitting still and watching it happen...Anna was ashamed of the form of weakness as shown by her frown.
