You know me as an illustrator, so It might come as a surprise to you that I have been running a super secret Conservation Center for Imaginary Creatures for a little while now. Well, I am thrilled to announce to you all that I am now ready to make it public!
Imaginary creatures have been a tricky subject to study. Not only do they rely on the same resources as other plants and animals, they also rely heavily on our awareness. These wonderful little creatures have lived among us for as long as humankind has had imagination. Without knowledge of their existence, we may see a future where they disappear for good.
CICC Aims to educate the public of the imaginary creatures that are living in our forests, mountains, creeks and even our own backyards. As I continue my research, I plan to publish field guide pages, illustrations, poems and even adoption events for those interested in caring for the specimens that cannot be released into the wild.
Ultimately, I hope to put these poems and illustration into a book or two once I gather enough information. In the meantime, I will keep you all posted as I continue to learn more about the extraordinary beings that live among us.
Take Care,
Sarah
