                                         Tiny Red Brick Cottages

So here they are!  Seasons decoration is missing because I intend to play a mix  of  challenges  and one of the aims is  to decorate  the  cottages for each season.    The rooms are almost empty but I wanted so because I love to see my simmies hanging around and not alone in their rooms. The bathes are working very well though they are really small. . I could have  built a small bath  for each room  but seeing how much the sims had to walk  wasn’t nice, that’s why I decided to build the bathes near the kitchen and living room. 

  40 x 30 residential lot  for  6 sims plus 2 dogs or  cats.

There is a small backstory for this lot, if ou want to know...

The simmies will have to live nearly  of the grid!  They have bathes ..    BUT ...  because there is no electricity inside... there is no no fridge or hofen, coffe or tea automats!  Luckyly your sims won’t need a thermostat because each room has a fireplace!  AND, because   your sims brought all their camping stuff and everything their families gifted them,  maybe  you can sell some items... OR  if you think  you`ll  need  everything...well, your simmies will have to work hard  untill they can buy whatever they need.  I hope you’ll like the lot and the challenge :)  Happy simming

Winter wonderland in Windenburg and that’s  how the tiny cottages are looking now.  This is an unedited pic... I found it already so beautiful that I really don’t know how to edit! 

 I think the lot  is ready but the rooms are still almost empty, (like really starters) ready for seasons gameplay ...   and because   I still don’t know which challenge I’m gonna play in this lot.  The only luxury  is a fireplace in  every room... like true cottages.  My simmies are stil living of the grid, inside, that’s why there are no thermostat.  Outside... well, let`s say the cottages bellong to a campus, every sim has  own room and .  I think we are already waiting for the  University  or I’ll think about something better.

Snoooowwww at last! 

I must have got a bug... because my first winter looked like autumn... though I waited some days...   only after   started a new save, after the last patch, I saw the first snow!   So, oly yesterday I was able to see how the tiny cottages in snow!  It was a agood idea to change the grey stone walls to red brick ones,  I think they look very nice even whithout the winter decoration (on the last pic you can see some deco)... ofc I had to remake somethings... so this is a  almost total new version of  the original  “tiny stone cottages”... but so be it... I wouldn’t  have used the lot again whithout changes and it was fun to “prepaire” it for seasons...  now  I can play..  I hope...  ...  although I never know how long I got to play... because  when I have an idea I must try it  at once... and  before I noticed I have already switched to build modus...            

I hope the next days will be norma, because now I feel the need again to know what others simmers are doing, catching up as much as I can... ...  and the same goes to my simmies and seasons  :)

I allways wanted to know how the first lot I built for ts4 would look like with snow... so I installed it in my seasons save... but  there was no snow on the 1st winter day! OK... let’s wait, I thought... but then... I thought I would like to see how it looks with red brickstone  (snow and red... aso...  )  well.. this is how it is looking now ... still basegame exept for the walls   and the glas house...    however ...    I haven’t seen any snow yet because as I wanted to save,  the game lagged... and I had to switch off... the latest  works were lost.... damnit!  I feel really stupid...  but stupidly happy though  because I’m overwelmed  with  the pics I see from other simmers and the possibilities  that go through my mind...    but also frustated  because  I hardy palyed or really read  the latest stories...   I  just scann through the pics... and try to build my stuff again...    just to say I don’t know when normality  comes back... and I get to catch up everything  I want to, sorry...   Have  a wonderful   Seasons time that’s  what I’m wishing for you... (I’m having it in spite of all :)
