OFFICER KNIFEY MCSTABBYSTAB, AKA Brent Taylor.
I could be wrong, but “Brent” seems like he’s just a dude jealous of all the attention Chad gets.

Ventura PD arrest suspect for tire slashing vandalism
The Ventura Police Department has responded to several reports of vandalisms involving slashed vehicle tires since late April 2015. The estimated damage from all the reported crimes was well over $7,000.00.
Ventura Police Department Detectives conducted a lengthy investigation and suspected an individual who had been arrested in March 2015 for similar crimes, Jeffrey Savala.
Savala was released from custody shortly before the most recent vandalism crimes resumed. After obtaining video surveillance footage from several different locations detectives were confident that Savala was responsible for three acts of vandalism that occurred over the weekend of June 6th.
On 6/18/2015 Ventura Police patrol officers located and arrested Savala at his rented storage unit on S Victoria Ave. He was later transported and booked into the Ventura County Main Jail on the charge of 594(b)(1) PC – Felony Vandalism.
This investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information related to this crime is urged to call the Ventura Police Department at 339-4325, or make an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. If your information leads to an arrest, you could receive a cash reward of up to $1,000.
