When Megatron received word from Shockwave that they found a strange spark signature coming from deep within the mountains of Nyon he wasn't expecting to find a Titan of all things. The Titan mech had beautiful shades of red an gold paint that looked like he was painted by Primus himself. Megatron found him himself staring with his mouth a-gape unable to find the words to describe the beauty that lied deep in stasis in front of him.
The mountain shook as the Titan finally awoke from his thousand year sleep, with sleepy deep blue optics Rodimus found himself surrounded by awe struck mechs and femmes who looked at him as if he said something rather rude or foolish. At first he was confused at their gawking, 'Have they never seen a Titan before?' but his confusion vanished when one bold grey mech stepped forwards from the crowd. Slowly and carefully Rodimus flattened his giant gold servo on the ground allowing the grey mech to climb up before lifting him to so they can speak face to face. Primus this mech was foolishly handsome, as Rodimus gazed into those ruby red optics he felt his spark flutter and he couldn't help but smile as he listened to him explaining what he has missed all these years. After this was all said and done and Rodimus was finally out of this cramped cave he was going keep to this handsome mech all to himself, after all it would be rather foolish to let someone like Megatron go only to be snatched up by another Conjunx after all.
Oh my gosh titan roddy found himself a conjunx after a nice long nap.

i wrote ALL this stuff about how Erwin will probably die here because it could serve the story, and assuming him leading the men to their deaths means he’s also going to his death.
and how I previously assumed that Erwin could’ve been a potential candidate for the extra titan serum which NO ONE has discussed yet, and I’ve pointed out EVERY chapter for the last several months.
And because he’s inspirationally leading the troops to their deaths I assumed that he’s out of the running for the titan serum.
but something JUST occurred to me.
All of what’s happened doesn’t mean Erwin couldn’t have ALREADY taken the extra serum!!
This could all be partially an “act” because maybe only him and Levi would know he’s now a titan transformer, and then it’d truly be a secret and last ditch plan. He could inspire his troops, them not knowing that he would not die with him.
and possibly escape
Now, one flaw just cropped up while typing this out and it’s that, “if Erwin already took the serum, then wouldn’t his arm be regenerated?” which okay, but maybe Levi being the one choosing who takes the serum, KNOWING they CANNOT lose an asset like Erwin has been this whole time, would insist Erwin takes the serum “if they’re losing this battle”
So, maybe he’s going to be a titan, just not yet.
cuz it ALSO occurred to me in this flurry that when Eren was inject with the serum he was a normal “unintelligent” titan. We saw in the flashback that his features were way more exaggerated like average titans, only after eating his father (a titan transformer) did his form become more proportionally human in his titan form.
So lets assume that any injection to a non-titan person will result in your “normal” titan, and they MUST eat a titan transformer to gain “the power”
We can also assume this is true based on the interaction between Historia and her father. He wanted to inject her and have her eat Eren. She most likely would’ve been an average titan until eating Eren.
So using the serum MID BATTLE would be the ONLY choice because they are currently FIGHTING titan transformers. All Erwin would have to do is make sure is only surrounded by titan transformers, inject himself, and hope that as a titan he will manage to eat one of them.
Or maybe so much as get his troops to cut SOMEONE out of their titan before all the troops are dead, and then Erwin would inject it while almost right next to that titan.
Then in almost an instant they’d not only have a 2nd titan on their side, but he’d become the titan transformer they need him to be.
Now it WOULD be risky for such a choice because if Erwin does not manage to inject himself
then the serum would be lost
BUT, they’ve already pretty much accepted that they’re all going to die right here and now, unless SOMETHING changes.
So yes it’s risky, but they’re so far in over their heads that this “risk” might be their ONLY HOPE at getting some people SUCH AS Eren back to wall Rose ALIVE.
Also, this entire time I was so sure that someone has to have taken the serum before this battle, but I had a HUGE oversight, not considering that whoever takes it HAS TO EAT A TITAN TRANSFORMER to be of ANY use. And the only living transformer they have in custody is currently encased in a couple feet of diamond. So they’re all so smart and analytical that they would’ve figured that fact out and decided “okay, we can’t use this UNLESS we KNOW we’re going to be in contact with transformers,” and even then, they have to precisely time when they use it cuz if they use it too early the transformers could kill them before they get to eat one of them.
So, I’m like 66% sure this might be the direction Isayama’s going to take us.
and okay, it’ll take SOME fun out of it if I’m right
BUT THIS IDEA SOUNDS SO LEGIT FUCKING EXCITING THAT I’M SHAKING WITH ANTICIPATION OF THIS BEING WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS.
Like this is the kind of thing I will probably squee over if it happens when I’m reading the next chapter or the chapter after next cuz if it happens it’ll prob be then.

the 104 kids left in shiganshina go outside wall maria. They’re running. Eventually come upon a huge castle & another wall it’s attached to. Titans are inside like they live there.
The kids go unnoticed until Eren grabs a unique weapon he’s mysteriously drawn to (like buffy and the slayer’s scythe). They have to run and head for the the other side of this castle’s wall.
Historia joins them having gained a titan form. Shes w/ ymir who isn’t in her titan form. Sasha is drawn to some special food?pet? (can’t remember) that seems sacred to these titans and her taking some/it puts them in more trouble with more titans after them. Jean is just trying to keep everyone alive.
Eren's gone recklessly off on his own & runs into a guy (not a titan) who knows who Eren is, and even calls him by name. Apparently Eren 'was' the prince of that castle before his real father (not grisha) the king of this castle, died. This is about a life & memories Eren didn’t even know he had (or should have).
Eren transforms into a titan and semi-fights w/ this guy. The guy is lenient & tells him to run while he still can. Instead, Eren tries to secretly follow the guy and poorly sneaks into some royal looking carriage that the guy starts driving.
The guy easily notices & hisses "did you hear anything i said?" but eren insists on getting answers to some questions.
Then i woke up
man, who else wanted answers to Eren’s questions? ME MEEEEE!!!! that’s who. maybe my subconscious will give me a sequel in my dreams tonight and I get to find out?
i JUST realized where the story could go after chapter 79
THAT I NEVER EVEN CONSIDERED BEFORE THIS MORNING
SO
i’ve been assuming that the current showdown WILL ultimately result in Eren somehow getting to see the basement, and whoever remains of the titans and scouts goes their separate ways.
BUT
what if eren is SUCCESSFULLY CAPTURED this time?
what if instead of getting to see what’s in the basement, Eren is brought back to wherever the titan transformers live? (this is what I thought would happen when reiner and bert caught him the first time) can’t believe i didn’t think of this theory again for so long.
What if rather than finding out the truth through his father’s POV, he finds out the truth through the “enemy’s” POV.
What if the titan transformers have a way to restore Eren’s memory and we find out what Eren’s “dream” in chapter 1 “to you 2000 years in the future” actually MEANS??
He could get captured, the scouts could find the basement, Mikasa and Armin would know where the house was. They could find out everything Grisha knew, and wanted Eren to know, while Eren is captured, and they’d want to try to save him, even if it’s a fool’s errand, and THIS is where they’d really need the titan transforming serum cuz to venture outside of wall maria to find the titans’ base, they’d need that kind of manpower.
ANOTHER thing occurred to me
the beast titan makes “unintelligent” titans (how? we still don’t know) but he does. they’ve always wanted to tear down the walls, presumedly to get to the ruling family, what if unintelligent titans didn’t exist until after the walls were built? They turned all the humans remaining outside the walls into mindless titans they could use to keep whatever they want inside the walls from going anywhere?
So rather than the “wrong” titans existing cuz of some conspiracy or experimentation, they’re the result of the “real” titans using humans as their personal weapons, making them into “titans.” So maybe titans and humans always coexisted, and titans always existed, and we’ll get into some kind of greek myth territory in this world with what titans are. I mean, people making human sacrifices to “gods” or “titans” kind of lines up with the whole “eating people” thing. Maybe the titans ruled the earth until some titans (reiss family) disagreed and started all this shit, and the titans who were betrayed made the incomplete titans out of humans, but then the wrong titans discovered they could become real titans by eating the original titans, essentially becoming “gods” in this world. I’m equating titans to gods in their world, for this theory
One thing i anticipate happening, is reiner and or bertholdt trying to “get” “Krista” for Ymir, still not knowing her true identity, assuming whatever person is still in power from when they were in the scouts. Then they discover krista is the fucking QUEEN, and now absolutely their enemy, and they can’t keep their promise to ymir, and ymir betrays them as a result, OR they again doubt their mission because the ruler is their “friend” who doesn’t actually know all the things her father did.
one: the titan serum, it occurred to me that maybe levi nor anyone else will “choose” to be the titan. maybe on the way to wall maria, somebody will suffer a fatal blow and be minutes or seconds from death, and to save them, levi injects them so their body can regenerate?
if that happens, then literally anybody could become the titan
two: i wonder if the titan transforming community, when people are dying of sickness or old age, or are already dead, if the community finds a wandering titan to feed the dying or dead person to, and through that consumption a new titan transformer is made as someone else is returned to human form for the first time in a hundred years?
can a titan gain the ability to transform back to human by eating a dead titan transformer? or must they be alive to gain the power?
