Don’t stop until you’re proud! Something I have to remind myself , especially on days like today when I’m feeling SOO tired! Miraculously, I was able to survive all winter without getting sick and this one of the most horrific Flu Seasons ever. This is furthest from what I’m used to. In the past, I spent an entire year with monthly sinus infections. It was like clock work. And as a child! 🤦🏽♀️ where do I begin. Asthma and bronchitis. I would start the Fall with noticeable change in my body and increased labored breathing. By Nov/Dec it’s full blown asthma attacks. I remember my parents driving me to my physicians house late one night for a nebulizer. Lord knows how grateful I am for my parents! Staying up at all hours of the night with a nebulizer or heated humidifier or asthma pump or whatever the treatment. Luckily I braved this Flu season without getting sick. And I can confidently say it’s definitely because of my eating. I cleaned my system from the junk! I start EVERY MORNING with the most delicious warm “chocolate milk” or “cafe latte”. Nutrient rich deliciousness made from the best things on Earth. Good not just for the waistline but cravings, building muscle, energy and vitality. ...BUT! Now when we’ve finally kicked the cold to the curb I feel like I’m coming down with something. A possible cold/congestion thing which has only one remedy: REST! My stress level and anxiety the last few months have been at an all time high and I’ve been on the GO for several months. A full time job, coaching gig, online Boutique, a good: partner, sister daughter & aunt. It’s too much to deal with. It’s time for a break. It’s time for uninterrupted ME TIME. And I CANNOT WAIT. 😬 Next week catch me on Chill Mode....🤗maybe not all week but I will allow myself a few days to unwind. So if anyone looking for a workout buddy with extra free time 🙋🏽♀️ #lafemmesporta #womensupportingwomen #ineedabreak #happybirthdaytome #lovethyself #happylife #workingwoman #fitspo #titilove #lift #squat #coachinglife #teambeachbody #beachbodycoach (at Upper West Side)
