Fun Fact Friday: Did you know....if you buy a property with a mobile home on it and you destroy it, you have to record this with the County! This week we ran into this on closing day. The mobile was not on the title report. While the file was at the county they discovered an old mobile and would not record without a document saying it had been destroyed and proof (property inspection or Ariel photos) that it was gone. This is huge!
