Blueberry Chia mini muffins. ***** #tiuRecipe ***** #BlueberryChiaMuffins • 3/4 cup vanilla #ToneItUpProtein • 3/4 cup almond flour • 1 tsp. baking powder • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon • 1/4 tsp. sea salt • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup • 1 egg 🥚 • 1 tsp. vanilla extract • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1/2 cup frozen #blueberries ***** 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2️⃣ Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl (protein, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, sea salt, chia seeds) 3️⃣ Comb be all wet ingredients EXCEPT #FrozenBlueberries in a separate bowl. 4️⃣ Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix to combine. 5️⃣ Gently fold in blueberries. 6️⃣ Line mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners.
