SEPTEMBER 30, 410 G.C. 8:13AM DWARVEN DISTRICT HOME STORMWIND CITY

It has been a while since I have had peace and quiet of this caliber. I feel like I have finally settled in with my home in the Dwarven District. It is a smoggy place. The air is filled with soot. Yet, I find it peaceful.

I have taken Riley, a sarcastic saboteur like myself, under my residence. She is doing well for herself in the downstairs guest room, I imagine. I hope so. She is charming, if not for her standoffish demeanor. We have known each other since the Tournament of Ages.

I have upgraded my Gnomish techno-tablet into touch-screen capabilities. I got rid of the built-in keyboard. Those keys were hell on my four fingers. I much prefer the softness of a screen. Yet, my tablet uses a lot of power with this method...I will be right back.

A makeshift typewriter I have plugged in should do the trick. I hope I did not wake Riley with the installation. Using power is one of my worries. Gnomeregan uses a lot of fuel throughout its days. Remarkably so during this war. I would hope to find a renewable resource for our nation in the future. Unlike meat and brew, abstaining from technology is impossible for me. For now, I will try to conserve fuel as I can.

I hope my poisons are ready for my inevitable deployment. I had to refrain from testing them tonight due to my guest. Cog forbid they leak below the flooring. I suppose I can do my procedures after Riley leaves.

I suppose I could go out on the town for a bit. I will leave a note for Riley in case she is nervous. Poor girl hasn’t been in a house for cog knows how long. It must be hard living on the streets. I am glad I got out of my seedy circumstances when I could. Instead of living on the shady Junzipper Alley in the Drozz District of Gnomeregan, I now live in the bustling Miner’s Row in the Dwarven District of Stormwind City. How far I’ve risen. It’s time to embrace it.

🇷🇺Итак, мы в Москве после невероятных приключений из севера на юг! Начну писать посты с семьи Арбугаевых. Вся наша франко-американоякутская экспедиция Pax Arctica была приглашена в @chohur_muran прекрасной семьей Арбугаевых. Наелась я там любимой потрохи (я фанатка, в Москве якутская еда такая редкость) и полной довольной душой полетели в Тикси на утро.
