I love love LOVE the payoff that just happened. "To Kill a Legend" has Lloyd asking himself several questions early on in his journey which he's since been told by others/given himself answers for, but none of them ever truly felt right. He'd always have to force himself to believe them becuase they're all just slightly off the mark. But the one that's had my eye ever since it was first asked has FINALLY been answered.

Back in chapter 27, Lloyd asked himself a question that he disguised as a definitive statement: “Nobody wants a dull blade.” He was asking the universe, in the only way he knew how at the time, “Would anyone want me as I am? If I was not perfect? If I’m not what they remember? If I mess up so bad that the only thing left are teh results of my mistakes?” It’s taken 26 chapters, but he’s finally, FINALLY found his answer: “It's them. It's always been them.” The ones who want that dull blade? Want it despite its “imperfections” or its apparent lack of use? It’s them. The handful of SOMEBODIES in a sea of NOBODIES. The ones who look at a dull blade and rejoice because they’d rather it be dull than to not have it at all.
