-He most likely would have gotten his side squeezed or poked in the back by Sonic or Knuckles. Simply jumping a little and raising an eyebrow. “What was that for?”
-He would have been left alone from it for while until probably asking one of them to do it again out of curiosity. And probably realized he liked it. He would never in his life admit that out loud. Never ever.
-His favorite spots are his sides and palms! Just gently squishing his sides or placing kisses or gentle traces on his palms make him all giggly.

Cosmo would so use his height to his advantage - he's a short guy, which means he could absolutely sneak upon Sprout and commence SNEAK TKL ATTACKS!!!!
They don't usually commence tkl sessions in the kitchen, but if they do - they go into a pantry to hide PFFT, Sam has caught them multiple times hiding away as Sprout tkled the hell out of Cosmo, Sam had never stopped them though. Maybe they wanted to be involved too...
They always tkl each other to cheer the other up, and are both giggly disasters for hour afterwards.
Cosmo's weak spots are his ribs, stomach and neck - he is very weak to nibbles and is a very soft and squeaky laugher. He tears up quite quickly too and probably would wheeze softly between laughs quite often haha!
Sprout is a lot harder to get, but he's extremely ticklish on his lower arms and on his sides, preferring very light and gentle tickles - though his laughs are definitely not light and soft. He laughs hard, loud and probably snorts between laughs, often kicking his feet to try to get the menace who's tickling him away, but it usually doesn't work as the bottom of his feet are extremely ticklish too. He tears up instantly, though most people can immediately tell that he's just laughing so none of the toons would ever worry about him sigh sigh
