Agent Bishop: Rise Edition
Hey Everyone, posting some of my art on here again (My insta is @drakonskullsarts btw)!
Bishop was my favorite villain from 2003, and a great character in 2012 (but not QUITE as good), so I decided to remake him in the rottmnt style!
This is for an AU of mine I don’t really have fully formed yet, but essentially after the mutations, disruptions, and strange events in New York, the government sends in an agent to investigate the strange events, none other than Agent Bishop. He’s a villain in Rise as well, since I think he’s just neat like that.
