Alice's hair color changes every week I can feel it in my bones
in the archives universe, the sergey ushanka myth actually comes from security tapes of colin getting pissed at a computer and smashing it to bits (and then promptly passing out from rage) being publicised and people twisting the story. he is not happy about this. he also has no clue where the name "sergey ushanka" came from.

sam and celia are dating.
colin has something queerplatonic going on with sam and gwen; sam likes him romantically but colin isn't sure how he feels.
sam considers gwen a friend, gwen can't really tell how close they are.
alice isn't a big fan of celia, but is trying to get over it and be happy for her and sam.
since alice complains to colin about celia and sam dating so much, he has a VERY mild grudge against her. nothing dramatic, though; he's just a bit awkward around her.
alice is the only person at the OIAR that colin talks to outside of work. they send each other tiktoks and gossip and
gwen and alice are in a very repetitive cycle of hating each other and being madly in love with each other. very lonelyeyes esque.
alice doesn't like sam romantically, she's more just grieving the loss of the relationship that meant a lot to her.
lena kelley is autistic and has schizoid personality disorder. she never got diagnosed for either. she is never going to get diagnosed for either. nobody interprets her symptoms as anything except just "that's what she's like lol". she's low-empathy. she's only ever been in 2 romantic relationships, neither of which ever caused her any joy, both of which ended somewhat horribly. this is also partially why she joined the oiar in the first place: the idea of working alone in the quiet during the night, not bothered by anybody, not pressured to interact, able to drift into her own world and take comfort in the monotony of it all really appealed to her.

other people at the office don't really know what her "deal" is (spoiler alert, neither does she) but they don't really care. at the end of the day, that's just the way she is, and they've accepted it.
