And now for updates to my wlw content list, particularly following TMRSS22 and the lovely new content created by our santas! In addition to the fabulous works detailed above, I'd like to direct your attention to the following 😍

It's worth noting that, on top of all the creative gifts listed above, there are plenty of TMRSS22 fics that feature sonyarriet and brenderesa alongside other ships, so it's worth having a look at our A03 collection for this year (and, in fact, for all five!! years of tmrss) for more wlw content.

I spotted recently that El posted another sonyarriet fic, live streaming the final days of rome, towards the end of 2021, and it sounds intriguing, so I wanted to add it to this list.

I recommend looking through the #gladercup2022 tag and its A03 collection, as there were some wlw submissions, e.g. ice cold but i'm still melting by @newtmsa (sonyarriet) and to have a heartbeat by @newtedison (brenderesa).

Ditto the #gladebingo2022 tag and its A03 collection, within which there are 13 fics ft. sonyarriet and 5 ft. brenderesa, e.g. these two for sonyarriet: starlight by @astralpenguin (set between tst and tdc) and I, a Sparrow by @newtmsa (modern au)

Aaaaaaaaaaand finally, I should probably add that I made a few sonyarriet pieces for the Glade Cup and Bingo, too, two of which you can find here and here, and the rest of which maybe I'll post at some point.

"Lovers, Actually" written for my dear friend @go-catch-a-chickn ❤ Thomas has always liked looking at Newt; he's got this effortless attractiveness to him, he looks good without trying too hard, and maybe Thomas would envy him for it if it wasn't for this strange pull in his chest he always feels in the other’s presence. Everything about Newt is familiar and yet Thomas never tires of looking at him. He knows exactly what it is that he's feeling, has known it for a while now, and he also knows that these are not exactly feelings appropriate to have about your best friend. You'd think they’d eventually wear off since Thomas never allows himself to delve deeper into them, but Newt's effect on him is impossible to evade. He can't undo what he found in Newt and yet he could never pursue it, because he’s too scared of jeopardising a friendship that means so much more to him than he's ready to admit.

Happy 5 Years of TMRSS (The Maze Runner Secret Santa)!! To all who participated -- whether a creator, beta reader, pinchhitter, or just enjoyed the content from the outside, whether this is your first, second, third, fourth or fifth year, whether you are on the discord server or not (hit me up in a DM if you wanna join the chaos!), we appreciate you!!! (I know this video is very fic-content heavy, but everyone who creates videos, graphics, edits, gifsets, etc. you are LOVED just as MUCH). To Bridge (@harveylovesmike) and Dreams (@dream0fspring) -- thank you so much for putting this together every year. The efforts of matching people in the perfect way, keeping track of deadlines, making sure everyone has a gift, getting everything ready to post on time, all while managing your own personal lives and work etc -- none of it goes unnoticed.
