(insert any thing you want here) Now turn this into the magical world of PT. The Personal Trainer who is actually good at there job, will most likely Have a interest in training and nutrition that is far more indepth than the average gym goer and wants to help people and earn a wage that is more than the minimum wage So they will.... Read books and further educate themselves with online courses, attend seminars and workshops. ☝️ALL OF WHICH COST MONEY☝️ Invest in marketing, Paid Ads on social media, design posters,website ☝️ALL OF WHICH COST MONEY☝️ Spend 3x the amount behind the scenes than the 2-3 hours a week with face to face contact with client. PLAN-ACT-REVIEW all aspects of your training and nutrition. ☝️ALL OF WHICH COST MONEY ☝️ So when you offer 'mates rates' and turned down , have a think why your £100 cash in hand for 2 sessions a month is not worth shite. The PT is not greedy YOU ARE !!!! You are trying to get everything for nothing. BTW This can be used by all self employed workers. I have seen this happen when I was doing abit of labouring for a joiner! But the end result is this, You will not be appreciated for accepting the offer They will not follow any of your advice as they are not invested fully in you. When they have 0% results, it will be your fault. They will tell everyone its your fault Stick to your prices, don't get tempted even if you are struggling for clients.
