I saw this newly Wed couple in a random place and it was golden hour. I was surprised there wasn't a photographer with em, I assumed because they were quite young and maybe didn't have budget. Luckily I had my camera with me and offered them photos for free.

I lost their contact but found it yesterday and finally got the photos to them two months later. I loved how thrilled they were.

fun but

challenging

like, this was my first go at film - I was doing fx makeup and it's difficult keeping consistency, that was the hardest part - and it was also my first time dealing with proper actors sd;flks;

they were so nice. it was unexpectedly weird interacting with them - I felt like I was taking care of them by the end of the shoot and it's endearing how they trust and rely on you. I felt like their therapist/mom haha

but it was fun! I want to do more makeup stuff, I think - though it is really demanding, I didn't realize how you're the first to get their to prep your station, then one of the last to leave as you have to help the actors out of makeup hmmm

My girlfriend Jennifer rushed in to tell me--I was studying--that she'd talked to them, meaning him of course, the one we looked away from all the time, the one staring at us from his driveway, always standing there, a driveway to him like a beach, only you stood there. Staring.
