He is seriously every tenant/broke uni student's dreeeeeeeeeeaaaammm he's so unbelievably sweet and easy to love!!! Incredibly accommodating, and all around an angel in human form, will do your dishes and take out your trash, always conveniently cooks for two people, it starts as "oh seems I made too much, plz help yourself ^v^" to waiting for you after each of your classes so you could have dinner together bcuz it's just "convenient" will even take care of any errand you need, is willing to drive you around is willing to watch over your pets when you aren't home and even when you're just busy studying, will take care of you if you get sick and finds sooooo much joy in being responsible for keeping the house clean as well (don't disturb his rhythm) look he is out of your business for the most part i promise!! But he can't help but create this comforting cozy air of domesticity YOU LIVE IN HIS HOUSE FFS HE CAN'T BE NORMAL ABOUT THAT!!!!!!!!! Speaking of he's insanely weird about collecting rent too TAT the cost is waaay too good to be true (cuz he really does kinda just want someone to exist in his house while he watches and indirectly takes care of them TvT) yet still he doooesnttt waantt to take your moneyyyyy T-T
Speaking of!! I think he'd be this lovely regardless of whether or not he feels romantically towards you lol, he already has this sense of responsibility and feels kinda maternal about you already bcuz, again YOU LIVE IN HIS HOUSE he gets to see you be cozy and messy and vulnerable you're his little cutie!!!!! But also bcuz of exactly this he's gonna find himself falling HARD LMAOOOO
Oooooofff idk anon;v; while i do agree that it doesn't take him any longer than a couple of weeks to realize "wait these feelings aren't platonic in the slightest" i don't think he can make a move that quick or even ever:')) it really really REALLY doesn't help that there is a power dynamic set in place as well, Dilf suguru's always going to feel weird and guilty about pursuing someone in that position but he does want you too and probably feels some guilt about it too :c Cases like these are so fucking cuuuuttteee and I love to write fluff like this but you might have to start acting on your feelings as well (I mean not that he doesn't see it clear as day) but still, you'll have to pursue him and it's gonna take a while bcuz he truly does believe that you can do better than a lonely middle aged man trying to enjoy retirement, you should be out there doing crazy uni shit and dating a new person every week lmaoo (I do think Dilf toru is more firm ab this tho lol) but you deserve your happy ending with him, he can't keep it up forever he wants you too, you'll get what you want eventually i promise, after all he only ever wants to indulge you <33
But yea the landlord/roommate dilf!sugu situation is absolute heaven you won the jackpot with him, he's the perfect person to share a living space with, kinda reminds me of a househusband in the sense that he either works from home or doesn't at all and just spends his day reading or crocheting and takes care of fucking EVERYTHING :33
