IN REGARDS TO IN PROGRESS WORK.

Edits are allowed to be requested up to 3 times for free. If you fail to communicate what you want changed in the draft stage that isn't a minor detail (like eye color, scars, or a clothing pattern), I have the right to charge a fee. If you decide I am not the artist for you, I will give you a full or partial refund. If you request a pose be changed entirely after complete rendering, you will be blacklisted. Changing the pose in the sketch phase is always okay, however.

All work in progress images will be watermarked until payment is complete. Final products sent to your email will never be watermarked.

I can design your character for you, but that will be an additional charge. DM me for a consultation and price estimate. Character design is not a free service. Character design and a commissioned artwork of a pre-existing design are not the same.

If you are purchasing porn, I need to see your ID to confirm you are 18 or older. Thank you.

IN REGARDS TO COPYRIGHT.

You are free to edit, modify, and trace your purchase. You are the new owner of the image and may use it for icons, online posts (including uncredited) book covers, or other creative endeavors such as prints, posters, stickers, or other personal merchandise/goods. If you want to purchase commercial artwork, that is priced differently and requires graphic design skills. Please consider paying a graphic designer in this instance or being upfront about what you want from your product.

The aim of my commissions is otherwise to give the client freedom to enjoy their purchase for as long as possible. Credit is unnecessary while enjoying your artwork on social media. If you need access to different layers of the art, just email me. Please check that your files are full resolution upon reception and feel free to email me with further questions.

The only action discouraged with this purchase is claiming you made the original artwork yourself or feeding said work into generative A.I. If you feed this work into AI, you will be blacklisted and I will list your username publicly. There is no room for environment ruining generations. None of my work is authorized for this purpose.
