First day of in person classes babey!

Forgot to pick up my levothyroxine yesterday so I took it super late today and ate right after...stayed up way too late and forgot to plug my phone in....the weather did it's thing again so pain is up.....and my fibro is doing it's weird shit so different spots on my body feel cold and wet at random times

oh and sore boobs + super light spotting
