back to working out
Finally working out more or less regulary (a.k.a.:3 - 5 times a week). Even thouh I am moving regulary, strenght workout is something I am missing here.
So todays workout: 10 min of jumping rope + prisoner squats - (50), sit ups (25), reverse sit ups (25), bacward forward lunge (25 each leg), pushups (50), reptile (25 each side), turkish get up (50), side V-crunch (25 each side), pike push up (50), jump forward, two jumps back (50) and reversed plank knee tuck (50 alternating legs) + 10 pull ups + 5 australian pullups
