a little late, but I finally finished it. Noticed a few Toffee lovers joining @precollst DTIYS challenge. It's been a while since I drew Eli (the not so dead wife) and Valerie, Toffee's daughter. Eli doesn't know what her husband has been up to for centuries. She was dead and haunting. Valerie recently found the locket her mother was trapped in and managed to awaken her from the nightmare cycle of grief. Eli wouldn't know about Toffee's many war crimes, and only knows from other people's accounts. It's only fair she hears him out before deciding to cut him out.
