So in Empire of Storms...

What if it isn’t Rowan or Aedion who sacrifice their lives for Aelin’s cause, but rather Chaol or Nox or some other loved character? Everyone focuses on the lives of Aelin’s number one loves. But what if it’s Lysandra? Chaol? Dorian? Nox, her first friend in a long time? Would it hurt any less?

Woahwoahwoahwoah. Okay so this is the back of the tog notebook yes? And thereve been theories that Lorcan will have a bigger part, right? (I'd say that's confirmed considering he and Nesryn are named but not Asterin.) But if you look at the names in order: Aelin (first obv) Rowan (aka her mate; pair) Aedion (cousin and basically bffs with Rowan) Lysandra (pairs off with Aedion) Dorian Chaol (bros bros pair) Nesryn (double pair for Chaol) Manon (might've paired with dorian but didn't fit) Elide (pairs off with Manon) And Lorcan. /okayreallywhyisntasterinhere Anyway that's a long notgood explanation of why l think this miiiiooght be a hint of Lorcan and Elide (even though manonxelide would be nice). They haven't met yet, so this is pure guesswork but in the next book manon (and the thirteen) is probably going to be working with Dorian who will be working Aelin who will proooobably be hunted by Lorcan for some reason. Or is this just wayyyyy too much of a stretch?
