Anyway I’m still completely sickened by the way daisy post-buried hung around everybody like a dejected dog. She doesn’t want to be alone. She knows she doesn’t deserve forgiveness. She looms in the corners of everybody’s rooms, not needing to be talked to or even acknowledged, just to be around them. Maybe the knowledge that she isn’t alone anymore will make it real that she’s back. That somebody thought she was worth saving, despite it all.
