Behold! Day time witch hat atelier firework

The idea is that the large cavities are filled with colourful powders

The bottom spell launches the rocket up and the middle chamber one is tied to a fuse that when burnt through will drop a part of the circle and complete the spell

This will cause wind to push out in all directions effectively causing the rocket to explode into a colorful cloud
