On the topic of that last thing I reblogged, E and B and Big E and I sat down and watched the Rankin/Bass Hobbit movie and they were all watching it with nostalgia goggles.  But I didn't spend a lot of time around TVs or watching movies as a child (which explains a lot about how I consume pop culture media) so this was my first time actually seeing the thing.

I guess in context of that being the only competitor the Peter Jackson Hobbit movies are solid fucking gold because that was shit on a stick.
