i love tom koracick pissing off owen hunt. it’s thoroughly entertaining. and just a tiny bit of the karma he deserves.
Tom and Teddy should’ve been endgame because they bring out the best in each other but I guess SOMEONE had to be paired with Owen so he can stop terrorizing the community and impregnating anyone with a vagina
The concept of Tom Koracick sleeping with Jackson's mom AND wife and then basically begging him for a job in Boston is just gold writing
at least tom koracick never cheated or strangled his partner

This is low-key buns so ignore that. It was going so well until a little bit halfway 😭✌🏼
A/N Tom is so underrated but I loooove him and yearn for more smutty fics/oneshots of him. but alas there’s like fucking none so I’m gonna try and write some ✌🏼

“I have so much shit to do today! so I’m sorry Tom, but no, i cant help you right now, I DO have more important things to do! Either wait for me to come back or do it yourself.” You snap at Tom. you were stressed and just wanted a break, and Tom coming to talk to you about a patient without any notice beforehand threw your whole schedule off and made you even more stressed.
He was standing across from you, arms folded over his chest, eyebrows raised, letting you yell at him.
Ever since he arrived at Grey-Sloan to help with a patient of yours, he hadn’t failed to notice how stressed you were, so he wasn’t shocked when you started yelling at him when you two were in your lab discussing the patient.
“Okay little Ms. Outburst, I don’t mind you yelling at me— frankly it’s kind of hot— but I do mind when people are watching it.” He cuts you off, motioning to the window behind you.
You turn around to see a group of interns standing at the window looking into your lab watching you yell at tom koracick; They immediately scatter once they realized they were caught.
“We’re done here. For now” you sigh. You open the door and slam it behind you as you step out into the hall. You just wanted to be alone.
——
Knock knock
“Whatever you need to tell me, I’m sure my resident can repeat it to me in 30 minutes.” You groan.
“Can we just talk.” Tom’s voice comes from the other side of the door.
Of course it’s him.
You wipe your eyes with the heel of your palm before standing up from the bed and walking over to the door, opening it reluctantly and stepping to the side so he could enter.
Tom enters the room and you close the door behind him.
“Are you okay?” He asks. He was standing a couple feet from you and his eyes were locked on yours.
“I should be the one asking you that, you were the one being yelled at.” You sigh, rubbing a hand over your face.
“But you’re the one who’s been stressed out of their head for 3 days straight.” He scoffs. “You’ve been showing signs of stress every move you make. I wasn’t shocked when you lashed out at me, stress makes you more prone to yelling at others. So tell me, are you okay?”
“No.” You mutter.
“Okay.” He hums, locking the door and leading you to the bed and motioning for you to sit.
“Whats making you so stressed?” He asks, sitting down beside you.
“Everything. I just haven’t had a break in months. Even when I go home I can’t get a break because my stupid roommate always has someone over.” You groan. You couldn’t believe you were venting to Tom koracick of all people.
Although, he was probably one of the most understanding people you could find to talk to about something like this.
Tom wraps an arm around your shoulders, giving you a soothing squeeze. “I’ve had times where I’ve felt like that too, and every time I’ve felt like that, I go to a hotel and take a day or two off. You need to leave Seattle for a couple days” He replies.
Damnit
He was totally right.
“I hate it when you’re right.” You sigh.
“I know ya do.”
He hums.
