Cyrus got payback on that guard for setting him up for that beating and finally got a confession from Tom.

Meanwhile, Quinn and Charlie found that Tom wasn’t anywhere near Frankie Vargas, which proves his and Cyrus’ innocence. However it greatly muddles things even more.

Also in the next episode, Olivia gets drawn back in Jake’s mess and fights with his wife. Here we go again with Liv and Jake. Why are they doing this to Liv? I’d much rather see more of her and Mellie.

So Tom confesses that he killed Frankie Vargas under direct orders from Cyrus. I knew that he would do this. This is his last act of revenge against Cyrus, who is getting ready to face the music. Of course we all know that there’s a twist coming that will eventually complicate things even more.

Also Olivia giving Mellie the latest news, which they’re very happy about. Now they’re closer to getting the Oval together.
