My first drawover of how Paperson reacts to Phoebe quitting drawing...

Some sketchbook drawings as I continue to get comfortable with the character design and style. 

The Paperson team pushed for a light redesign of her hair so that she is not only easier to animate (all that pesky hair gets tough to track) but also identifies more with the artist who draws her in the film. 

Paperson unfortunately is cursed to share the page with some crude doodles

A quick off-model “test” I put together before the quarter began to discuss stylistic choices with the art directors. Having some visuals to feel our way around would help us get the work done quicker and better.

Welcome to my Analogue Process Blog! Here I’ll have a lot of the sketches, animation tests, or other work I’m doing for the film.
