It was all in the way she spun her words after all, these new measures seemed perfectly acceptable and soon they would be. 

She easily managed the conversations when a new face caught her eye, “Well, good afternoon. Were you here for my speech or just passing through?” Jihl asked lightly, a charming smile on her face.

Cessily was running, full sprint, trying to keep a particularly fast patient from escaping. There was a perimeter of police but she was afraid what would happen if some of the patients got close enough, especially the ones with powers. Some of these people were criminals, but not all of them. They needed protection. “Stop right there!” She shouts, arms stretching out in liquid columns of mercury to wrap around the legs of the runner, tripping them both.
