So, the more I play and hear about Avengers Academy, the more I begin to suspect it might be based more in Ultimates than in 616. S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ is the Triskelion. Not the one from the comics, but the Triskelion nonetheless. Obviously the whole mascot thing. Some HYDRA guy was just saying how cool a twist it would be if Natasha was the traitor in one of my recent missions. Tony and Jan didn’t know each other before they got to the school. The whole President Cap thing. And then there’s the pairings.

For one, you can’t put Jan and Hank together, which is probably what I would do if I wanted an Ults-based game that wouldn’t send people unfamiliar with the canon running for the hills or compromise character. And I know she flirts with pretty much everyone, but she kind of seems to go after Steve more than I’ve noticed her go after others. And of course, Tony and Natasha. According to the devs, when dating is released, you’ll be able to unlock special outfits when you max Natasha and Tony’s relationship level. I’m not sure how much you know about Ultimates canon, so I’ll provide some background. In the first few runs of Ultimates, Tony and Natasha strike up a relationship. It later turns out that Natasha was using him when she tries to kill him and steal his money, but that’s beside the point for now. Here’s the point:

Ultimate Tony gave Natasha Iron Man armor as an engagement gift. I’d say that sounds like maxing a relationship level. So... just some fun stuff I’ve noticed. @avengersacademy-supportgroup, what do you all think?
