Yes I did try to talk to them. In the feedback I mentioned how I felt and what could have happened. They responded by saying that- the first para summary is what I felt or interpreted. Then i copy pasted the meanings to give a detailed picture. Something like that.

I was upset because, had I not known anything about tarot and about the existence of these resources online, I would have thought that it was their interpretation. Because they did not mention anywhere that this is what they're gonna do right now. Even experienced tarot readers give explanations on what their style or method is and how to take all that. But this person did not mention it and had no desire of mentioning it. But the way it was done was also obvious as the fonts kept changing.

Their idea of explaining things just made me so confused and I kept reading it to see if I can somehow understand what it says. They just gave an overall summed up idea about how it was in the first para. I was excited. Until i realised that this was not their interpretation. How would that match my question. Readers mention what cards they got. So we can check it by ourselves. I understand if they got offended but they need to tell me that this happened. Instead of making it seem like they did it. 🥲

I'm kind of relieved that you as a reader understand why I'm upset lol. I thought I was being rude for no reason.

Nah, I get it haha. Like even if they felt rushed to get it done, like they could have been more forward about it. I don't know. I have a lot of qualms about how certain readers do their thing and I'm a large speaker phone about it (especially about how a lot of people act on etsy) and I think there needs to be some discourse on what is done because it's driving me a little mad.

But every time I speak up about it, I get backlash LOL. so I'm just waiting for someone else to have the same experiences as me and to say something.

Maybe it was a good lesson for them to be more clear about how they do their readings. it still doesn't justify copying shit lol. and I'm glad that you still trust other readers... if you do lol. it's not everyday something like that happens. if anyone is going to do it, they usually try to do it on like tiktok or some shit so they can get clout lol

I’m very sorry to say that I don’t think I know any one of my mutuals well enough to even attempt to try and do this.

I wouldn’t want to upset anyone by miscasting them.
