Worth

Ever wonder what it really means to be worth it. This term is regularly used for people that mean something to another. but what really shows it how can you know when a person thinks your worth it, how can you just spot it. I guess its the time they stay dealing with you but is that meaning you’re worth it or they’re just dealing with you for the time being.. I can never really tell. I hope I can one day. Am I being too sensitive?

So this weekend we have a trip with Husband's friends to a pension somewhere (it's an annual thing we do near Christmas) well this year it has gone up to about 11 people... There are 3 couples with tiny children. These families are saying they need their own rooms because of their babies bedtimes and the fact that these babies are easily woken (which is totally understandable). So this leaves me and husband, husband's friend and his fiancee, and one solo guy having no room to sleep in and our payment has gone from being 20~30 to 50~60. Now here is my issue... If these friends want the comfort of their own room for the sake of their children shouldn't they have to pay more?? I don't mind sleeping in the living room for a night but I don't want to be expected to pay just as much as someone who has their own room and bathroom..... Maybe I'm being "too" sensitive but it's not like it was my choice NOT to have children either..... Lately I feel like the universe is punishing me for my recent inability to procreate.... So husband and I have been tiffing about this. In the end I just told him I really didn't care (even though I do) is it me???

I really don't like how I feel bad for things that aren't my fault. It's like society doesn't really care about other people and their actions but then there are a small group of people like me that worry way too much how they affect others and care too much about unnecessary things that don't really concern them. I hope to care a little less for others and look after myself more.
