I have made a decision based on the fact I am not watching DWTS this season…though I still plan on watching when complete. My decision is …

Next season I will not participate in any social media with the show. I will not follow the show, the cast, celebrities, etc on social media. I will unsubscribe from the sub Reddit, I won’t look for posts on here. And so forth.

I have decided the last few seasons fans, stans, and everything inbetween are getting more and more toxic. Taking it too seriously and it seems instead of being like a level 2 of anger when things don’t go the way a viewer wanted. It’s now like an 8. It’s not normal. It’s not healthy.

I just want to watch a dancing show. Pick a couple or two I like without being “influenced” by social media on how I should feel. Especially I want to watch without feeling angry because I know everything is gonna be picked apart and ruined.

He and I are debating doing the podcast…on the one hand a point of view or views from those who have blocked the social media chatter could be interesting; on the other hand won’t we be contributing to the thing trying to get rid of?

Watch next September roll around and I forget all about this!
