So after last couple issues where Kensho reunited with his friends, got cornered by greed zombies, went to the castle, reunited with his friend, got cornered by greed zombies, this time he reunites with his friends and goes to the castle.
Yeah.
But the lesson in this wheel spinning is that “You’re going to have stop thinking about doing this alone. You are not on your own. There are many of us, and we all stand with you.”
It’s a good lesson. I don’t know if it completely works here though because Kensho had been gathering friends all along. Hell, his one time he makes a plan its to assume his friends will make a better plan and save him. And he only tries to do stuff alone after his friends all ditch him because he lied about his identity.
So I don’t know that it works.
But the Aiyana moment remains beautiful.
