I interpreted this as Kinger simply realizing on his own that all human players in the Digital Circus have much more agency over the rules of the world itself thanks to how his mind pushes normal lines of thought to the side whenever he's not in the dark. The other human players don't realize they can just make up their own rules or treat this Digital world with cartoon logic over real world logic because they still THINK logically. They LIMIT themselves. Even Jax, who thinks more outside the box than the rest of the players, never saw this coming. Nor Ragatha. She panicked & spontaneously used toon logic.

The biggest weakness toonforce users have in vs battle scenarios is what if the audience thinks the toonforce user getting beat up is funnier?

Especially since more and more peole online keep thinking toonforce users will always win cuz it’d be funny, it might actually have the inverse effect that they’d lose super hard cuz its unexpected and thus, ripe for comedy
