If a creature attacked, is it still considered "attacking" in the second main phase and end step? E.g. casting Blessed Alliance (to sac a creature) in the end step would still work?

Creature that attacked or blocked in a given combat phase stop being attacking or blocking creatures when that combat phase ends. They don’t persist as attacking/blocking creatures into the postcombat main phase.

My opponent has a crewed smuggler copter and I have a planeswalker in play. My opponent attacks with the copter and resolves the copter's trigger. I say I take the damage, my opponent says he was attacking my PW. What happens (competitive REL)?

Your opponent has to declare if they’re attacking you or your planeswalker when they attack with Copter. If they don’t specify, then it’s attacking you.
