I was experimenting with a new way to shade/add more depth to things today. I like crosshatching just fine but it's fun to come up with new ways to keep my hand busy.
Basically, I never finish half my stuff because there's a point where I like it, and usually, after I pass that point and it's finished, I stop liking it.
