Fem!Toramino as the ice queen stereotype gf. Proud, regal Olympian nobility clinging to her heritage because the planet is fucked and none of its social classes matter anymore. The legion is still made up mostly of Olympians though, and she wants to be on top of them all. You can see her taking extra care in her appearance whenever she has to be around the other warsmiths or the Primarch, often seen in the Dodekatheon trying political gambits like they aren’t all screwed by chaos anyway.

Control is important to her. Conversely, being utterly wrecked and fucked until she can’t socially posture as an aristocrat anymore is deeply liberating. Harkor and Golg like to tease her, but she really just wants to bully Forrix, who never rises to her taunts…

What I believe some IW may do if the heresy never happened and they were allowed to lay aside their duty as Astartes

Forrix - still a logistician, works very closely with navigator houses to maximize efficiency. Will translate lots of books on the side into the three dozen or so languages he knows enough of to do so. Writes (pretty good) existential fiction but no one has read it cause it's not good (enough). Likes to play strategy games and poker with worthy players; he's good at managing his money and emotions though so it's unlikely that he'll ever become a gambling addict.

Zakayo - Under Forrix' logistic net spanning prolly a galaxy arm. He likes being under Forrix (reliable, standable and not a bitch). Plays various new strategy games with Forrix to get them both used to them when they meet... every decade or so.

Falk - i think he's from a minor Olympian noble house? If so, then I imagine him being one of the few who could directly go into politics and not be Toramino (an aristocentric asshole :)). He even may incorporate some... less traditional ways of making himself known, including playing the harp while he spins charming talesa about his view being the best solution. Actually, he really likes playing the harp in general, though it looks pretty small on him.

Dantioch - I envision him being a scientist at a gene lab cause he already did wonders with the Sons of Dantioch which are something in between a baseline, an Astartes and a servitor. Like, he may even become one of the gene scientists under the tutilage of the Emperor himself should he be noticed (which... is unlikely thanks to Iron Warriors standing as the battery ram. Like someone from a different legion would need to somehow get to the Emperor how invaluable Dantiochs insight may be.

Soulaka - head of sector wide tournaments of different versions of the Dodekathedron's 'miniature simulations'. Does work together with the Imperial Army to see especially crafty strategists to fill their now reduced ranks.

Kroeger - ngl it's a 50/50 chance between him being in a gang after he essentially had no place to go and still only the desire to kill and be useful in the dirt. And he outlived his usefulness... and him maybe making the cut and starting some penal mining business where he works criminals to death and/or manages and secretly admires their fragile states hardening under the harsh conditions. He's brutal, but he'll prolly get digging with the boys too.

Toramino - He'll seize rule of the kingdom he's from through threats of squads staying loyal to him ramsacking his own birthplace. Basically an autocrat like Louis XIV. Begrudgingly submits to Forrix' logistical empire, Soulakas tournaments also favor Toramino's rule and had him as an honor guest twice. Still under Perturabos thumb, but he likes it there - the closer to being like the Primarch, the more efficient he'll become ine everything surely. His hobby is dancing with women. Just dancing. Hell he may even have his personal quarters staffed wholly by women cause they're more removed from the grime and dirt he's avoided experienced than men are. And they better know how to keep up with him on the dance floor!

Also their names are Aaron Desta and Senge Maedot respectively. Finally drew these poor, poor teens (well before they kinda became Forrix' and Toramino's kids without asking them XD)

- in my AU Forrix is Olympian but unfortunately in a child sex ring as well, he's had varying degrees of functional depression ever since that not even his later wife can fix.

Toramino, Berossus and Harkor were inducted together with Forrix, and Berossus knew about Forrix father's business. The three end up trying to bully Forrix over this, only for Toramino to get badly beaten by him in one of the aspirant trials.

Toramino: I heard much bout your family

Berossus and Harkor: smirking and gossiping in the background

Forrix, dead inside:

Berossus: eyyy eyy why don't you bend over for us hahahahaha

Forrix: Iron doesn't bend. (at this point Perturabos teachings have been the one thing giving him comfort)

Toramino and Forrix actually end up standing each other for how much potential they have while Berossus, the weakest of them all is absolutely terrified and Harkor silently tries to get better.

Like, in the end, Toramino isn't even mad that Forrix is First Captain. All the responsibility, none of the glory Toramino was bestowed and Forrix was really good at it.

My head cannon for actual canon is that they're semi good colleagues, until Kroeger gets promoted and fucking Harkor convinces Toramino to replace dependable, competent but not noble Forrix with his scheming, but NoBlE ass.

Toramino is a vainglorious cunt, but Harkor is a BEEEEETCH. At least Toramino gets shit done and looks stylish doing so. Forrix deserves Dantioch levels of warsmiths around him, not these losers qwq

Another headcanon is that Kroeger has strawberry blonde hair that looks almost identical to his skin when he's mad beserking. Oh, and in my AU he built a Skiitari to apply for tech marine apprenticeship, but failed utterly and now he has a self aware murder doll living with him in his room. He will call her murder doll btw and they will end up together in blood. He then applied to be an Iron Havoc, only to get his murder doll accepted, an error of the Stor-Bezahk.

Through many shenanigans, she becomes Toraminos pet (he likes her hair) in exchange for her being prepared to train a new kind of auxilia that has similar implants to her (Kroeger is a dumbass genius.)

So now the one thing he could call his was on nearly equal footing to him now. Things escalate, she leaves to aid the World Eaters (Angrons nails got removed!) and Kroeger follows her, only to find actual friendship and brotherhood in Kharn and many World Eaters. While he still has his allegiance on the Iron Warriors, the Conquerer is basically his home now.

Like, him, Kharn and Sigismund having the time of their lives in the training grounds and moshpits of the most brutal concerts in the Imperium!

And Senge (murder doll) and Kroeger both quietly realizing that Iron Warriors' culture is rotten and needlessly toxic to the core, to the point where Kroeger basically ruined her life just to get himself some promotion or even a speck of recognition. They break up with each other cause Kroeger abused Senge hard under the reasoning of IW doctrine, but remain in semi-good footing with each other as colleagues. They both heal in the respective Astartes and mortal crews.
