I recommend Toren Wolf. He is an autistic teenager with ADHD and Dyspraxia. His mother, Serenity, also has autism but completely allows her son to be himself due to her own trauma.

I also recommend Morgan Foley, Remy W. Anders, and Candycourn.

Morgan is an autistic woman who goes on neurodivergent group trips to different countries and also makes videos about autism.

Candycourn is also autistic. Not only are they autistic, they are also nonbinary and Asian. They also make videos about their special interests, different issues in the community, etc.

Remy W. Anders is also an author (he has a debut novel called Scrapped Hope about a girl who tries to defy expectations and compete in a paintball tournament), he makes videos with his persona, Aunt Ruth, where they talk about issues online like eugenics, AI usage, etc.

Toren, on Tiktok, discussed his life with ARFID and being autistic. He had a more recent video about his safe food - peanut butter and honey - and explained his reliance on it in a way that 8 has never been able to articulate with me, but he showed lots of agreement as I played him the video.

I get so annoyed when people "sneak" things into their children's safe foods with ARFID, because you're altering something that is SAFE and PREDICTABLE, something that doesn't cause gagging or refusal.

I am never going to be able to get behind "oh, put it in his drink!" Or "sprinkle X on his dipping sauce" because if I do that and it alters his food, it breaks not only safety and assurance for him, but it also breaks his trust in food - and in me.

It makes me so mad that companies like EllaOla are so casual with the "oh, just sneak it into their yogurt!"

No! You're breaking trust. And for an autistic child who is anxious and restrictive, that could be so serious.
