I was lucky to accompany @frances.menu to try out the new matcha cafe in the heart of the China town, called Amausaan Uji Matcha @amausaanujimatchacanada. The space was amazingly large and deep inside, despite the small front entrance. I don't know what "amausaan" means but there was a lot of bunnies inside. - What impressed me here was the mochi. Oh mochi so soft, so chewy, so light, so fluffy 🤤🤤🤤 Gotta order something with mochi here!!! Also the fading cheese mousse cake was an instagram worthy one, as also confirmed by the staff lol - P/S: Frances and I ended the day by making some delicious conversations, and tasting some disgusting experiments!
