"Hehe...soft kitty..."
The giant fat cat hissed and yowled, squirming and wriggling like mad to break free of the even larger minotaur's grip. He growled as he spotted the two people responsible for this encounter, laughing their heads off nearby.
"HA HA!" cackled the barn owl anthro, and wheezed for air. "I can't breathhe!"
"HA HA HA!" laughed the young man in the fancy hat, dabbing at his eyes with a little silk handkerchief. "Well, I don't think kitty will be forgetting THAT anytime soon!"
"CEASE THAT INCESSANT CACKLING, OR I'LL RIP YOUR GUTS OUT THROUGH-"
The feline froze as the minotaur began to lick the cat's fur, as if trying to groom him.
"Wh-wha-? Are you-?! PUT ME DOWN THIS INSTANT, YOU DIMWITTED FOOL!"
"Kitty's nice an' warm," the minotaur rumbled, cradling the cat like an oversized teddy, then gave the barn owl a begging look. "Can I keep 'im?"
"Well?" smirked the owl girl, still holding back giggles, as she looked at the young man. "He's YOUR kitty, isn't he..."
The young man grinned.
"I suppose, in a way..."
Cheshire's eye twitched.
"Don't. You. DARE."
The man sighed.
"Oh, very well. Torro, no, you can't keep him."
The minotaur whimpered, eyes going wide and ears drooping.
The cat sighed with relief.
The man grinned wider.
"But you can play with kitty for...hmmmm...I think the rest of the day should be nice!"
"YAY!"
Cheshire roared with rage as he was squeezed tigher, and the minotaur nuzzled him adoringly.
"I'LL TURN YOU BOTH INTO BOOTLACES FOR THIS!" the cat bellowed.
The owl girl and the human shrugged cheerfully.
"Worth it," they said together.

Lest you think one can't have a sense of humor and potentially humiliate the fat kitty sometimes, here's another piece of art featuring my Cheshire Cat (and my 'sona, Rochak) by @hooter-n-company. This time, the image features a guest appearance by one of her OCs, Torro: the most adorable skull-faced minotaur the world has ever known. Needless to say, it's an encounter Cheshire NEVER wants to repeat. XD

My first PT oc Torro! He's a old rat the size of your hand that live's in Peppino Pizzeria's walls. He steal ingredients and makes small pizzas for his own delivery service to the small critters around who are less fortunate. Leg was broken due to a mousetrap and healed weird, so his left foot is always facing left. Oh and Pizzahead killed his girlfriend rip lmao hes my scrungly lil guy i love him so mwah mwah old man

Would store enjoy hot springs? I know he can’t swim but soaking in a hot spring isn’t quite swimming.
I assume we’re talking about Torro here. While the warmth would be nice, it’ll take a LOT of coaxing and bribing just to get him near the edge. Torro can’t stand getting his fur wet, and because he can’t swim, he’s developed an irrational fear of deep water (even if it’s not that deep).
The only exception is when he gets too stinky and Ganchua hounds him enough to finally take a bath.
He’s not a fan. XD
