TICCI TOBY GENERAL HEADCANONS

ft. Toby Rogers

Due to the hole in his cheek, he mainly eats really quickly and tilts his head to the side without the gash.

Wanted to have been a game programmer when he was younger.

Either very particular about his food or will eat literal trash.

Doodles on himself.

Collects items and gives them to whoever he deems worthy.

This goes without saying, but a pyromaniac.

If you get given phones? He's spamming you with reels. Mostly him trying to make you laugh.

He is VERY awkward. Like, not "cutesy" shy, but "stares at you like a deer in headlights" awkward.

If there is a proxy who he particularly admires? He treats them as if they're untouchable, and he's the dirt beneath their shoe.

I might explore more on this in another post!

More wholesome note. Loves orange juice and pancakes.

Like I said, either eats really specifically or literal trash. Frequently begs Tim to drive him to IHOP or Five Guys. Loves himself some sweaty greasy food.

This is canon, but is heavily neurodivergent. Autism, ADHD, OCD, BPD, etc.

If you're kind to him though, he VERY quickly favourites you.

TIM WRIGHT (MASKY) INVENTORY

Those high top, brown Timberland boots.

Stinky red flannel shirt. Smells like cedar.

Small trinkets in his pockets. Can tabs, guitar pick, etc.

Carabiners.

Has a Yorkie on him at any given moment.

Got his old bomber jacket in high school thinking it made him look cool. Honestly, just wears it for efficiency now.

Used to gel his hair, now wears it mostly loose but pulls it back.

Busted up silver casio. Those things are indestructible, makes sense.

Used to talk to his mask for comfort.

Probably a fat, weathered leather wallet.

ft. Tim (Masky) Wright. Spoilers ahead.

Despite popular claim, in canon he doesn't actually have DID at all. He is conscious during his missions, but he forgets them afterwards. Sometimes he gets extreme guilt from it, even though he doesn't remember anything.

Wrote letters to himself to try remember things.

I may have mentioned this before, but kept his mask after the end of Marble Hornets. Had an intense attachment to it, despite the pain.

Brim? Great. Jam? Even better.

He and Jay cannot survive without each other, but they are doomed to hurt each other by being together.

Sexuality wise, I think he'd be somewhere in the unlabeled category. Simply doesn't care. Were he more healthy, he'd probably be bi.

Realistically, do I think he and Jay hooked up? Probably not. Gay yearning though, absolutely.

Used to steal his social worker's cigs. Hence why in the "interview", he's already smoking.

Speaking of - had parents, but they lost custody / gave him up. He was in and out of psych wards most of his childhood.

Mostly worked dead-end jobs at old gas stations. He didn't stay in school for so long so he couldn't get any proper jobs - plus, the random fits of "not coming in" would get him fired easily.

Moved around. A lot. Hence why in the very end of the series, he's driving away.

A fellow bipolar disorder warrior. How he switches up emotions so quickly gives me that impression.

I actually can't even remember if this is canon, but non-epileptic seizures. His family members used to just pray over him that "satan would be expelled." He doesn't have much faith in the church anymore.

I also like to imagine he has some moral OCD. Constantly freaking out if he's doing things right, hence his crashouts.

I like to imagine Brian changed his number after taking up his "Hoody" persona, hence why it was so hard to find him. Tim used to stay up at night dialing the number just in hopes it'd pick up.

See, it's not inherently romantic. But that doesn't mean that it's not romantic either.

I headcanon him as pansexual, so that's completely a route.

Due to his upbringing and all, he tends to have a VERY low self esteem.

Once he finds a proxy he admires? You're holy, untouchable, heavenly.

You'd need to just walk past him for him to be enraptured the entire day.

If you ever brushed against him, he'd feel hot and tingly to the touch in that spot for hours. Which means a hell of a lot, for someone with CIPA.

Would likely start a shrine for you if he thought you wouldn't see.

It is... rather unhealthy. But it's also Toby, so he doesn't really care.

Very much a worshipper to a god type of thing. Almost feels bad about existing next to you, since he feels as though he can't compare.

In meetings, he'll perform extra hard just to even pray that you'll catch a glimpse and think of him not as complete trash.

He would give you things, except he doesn't really deem himself worthy to give them.

But, if you make it known that you think highly of him? He's bringing you anything and everything he deems valuable or worthy for you.

For a suicidal man, you give him quite the reason to live. If he can't live for himself, he'd live for you.

Enjoy! I went down quite a dark route with this unintentionally, but I thought it'd be an interesting narrative to see. If you tell him you think highly of him, it's a whole different story.

EYELESS JACK WITH A BLIND READER

You were kept in your room most days, you weren't really... allowed out. "For your safety."

Hell, you found it as weird as any normal person. But, you couldn't object.

So when a lumbering & huffing entity that reeks of iron thumps into your room through the window? You, surprisingly, don't flinch.

It's the most excitement you're gonna get at this point.

He thinks you're a masochist at first for just... letting him in. Frowns under the mask, looking at you incredulously.

Had you been able to see, this guy is... what, 6 feet tall? 7? He's staring down at you.

Surprisingly nice. He feels some sense of relatability when he finds out you're blind, whether it be from birth or it developed later.

Let's you feel around, if you like.

He's happy to listen to you ramble. I imagine he has vision, but it's very shitty and limited. He understands the importance of hearing things.

He's had to adapt, over time. He's more than happy to teach you things.

Did I mention he can echolocate?

Tried to teach you some form of it but quickly realized human ears don't work that well.

Occasionally, brings you little sensory things. He doesn't get it personally, but he knows it makes you happy.

He makes up for a lot of his lack of vision through senses. Being a demon, he's got a freakish scent and hearing. He can smell emotions, hear heartbeats, so on so forth. Like a dog!

He's a bit of a guard dog to be honest. A little overbearing at times, but it's with a sweet intention.
